You can request deletion of your Motivo account and associated data.
To request deletion, email: support@vincentypy.com
Please use the subject line Delete my Motivo account and include the email address linked to your Motivo account.
What Will Be Deleted
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize:
- Your Motivo account
- Your cloud library
- Your published programs, where deletion is technically and legally possible
- Your import records
- Your account profile information
What May Be Retained Temporarily
Some information may remain for a limited period in:
- Backups
- Security logs
- Billing verification records
- Legal or abuse-prevention records
We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Local Device Data
Deleting your Motivo account does not automatically delete practice programs stored locally on your device.
To remove local data, delete programs inside the app or uninstall Motivo.
Processing Time
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
